What happens if a shipment is refused, non-deliverable
or unclaimed because of an incorrect address?
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the
customer due to customer refusal, negligence, incorrect
shipping information or absence we will attempt to
contact the customer via phone or email to obtain
correct shipping information. Customers are responsible
for paying additional shipping and handling fees to
have the order re-shipped. If we are unable to resolve
the order it will be returned and the customer will be
charged a 20% restocking fee.
